McMan Group of Companies comprises three (3) companies, the main being McMan Exports Ltd. McMan Exports Ltd. is a registered company that was formed in 2013. With its main operation being the distribution of food, beverage and other related items, McMan Exports has a unique approach of responding to market demands. With three (3) locations across the island, various sub-distributors and sales representatives, McMan Exports prides itself on delivering quality products at affordable prices.

MEET THE TEAM

Joshua A. Thomas

Mr. Joshua A. Thomas is an experienced businessman with over 30+ years of Accounting, Sales and Marketing experience. He also has over 15 years of experience in the Trading industry. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Thomas functions as the Business Development Leader and Procurement Specialist. When he is not engulfed in his love for work, he enjoys spending leisure time with his family and friends

Alex O. Thomas

Mr. Alex Thomas is a co-founder and director of the company. With educational background of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Pennsylvania State University, he later attended the University of Michigan where he obtained a Master of Business Administration with Distinction. His professional background includes working at Johnson & Johnson, then McKinsey and Co., one of the world’s leading management consultancy firms, as Engagement Manager.

Gary Brown

Gary joined the McMan Group of Companies in 2020 as a director and quickly assimilated into role, utilizing his unique professional and personal experiences to inform the company leadership bolster the core distribution business. He holds a medical degree from the University of the West Indies and medical licenses to practice in several jurisdictions. He is especially able to lend his expertise to McMan‘s healthcare supplies division but remains integral to the McMan Group’s overall dynamic. He hails from the cool parish of Manchester and, when not working, enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Roger Montero

Mr. Montero, an alumnus of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom, also holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Sunderland. With expertise in Retail Trade & Supply Chain, Training & Research, Security, Stakeholder Engagement, he is also an Anti-Illicit Trade Solutions Provider. He serves the company as our Director - Regional Trade.

Allyson Mitchell

Allyson Mitchell joined the company as our General Manager and Company Secretary in August 2021. Having obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School, Allyson handles the company’s legal tasks. Additionally, she manages the general operations with a view to optimize growth and efficiency within the company while fostering a healthy work environment for the staff. As a self-proclaimed food connoisseur, she enjoys cooking and dining in her leisure time.

Joshua Thomas

Mr. Joshua Thomas began his tenure with the company in June 2021, as the Sales and Marketing Manager. As a Munroe College ‘Old Boy’, he attended the Caribbean Maritime University where he furthered his studies in Shipping and Logistic. Joshua is passionate about increasing the sales of the Company.

Stephanie Bennett

Having completed her Bachelor in Tourism Management at the University of the West Indies, Stephanie Bennett joined the company in May 2021 as the Executive Assistant. In August 2022, she was promoted to the post of Customer Service Officer which sees her managing and maintaining relationships with our customers, with a view to increase the growth and success of the company. In her leisure time, she enjoys visiting new places and indulging in different cuisines.
